Taking into account the pandemic context and the demands of an increasingly digital customer, a Salesforce study reveals that 94% of 2500 European SMEs felt the need to move part of their business to the online.

According to Jornal de Negócios, the SME's that are growing the most are those that use more technology, whether in terms of customer contact, sales or marketing.

Furthermore, 73% of SMEs in Europe intend to maintain contacless services, namely in payments, customer service, e-commerce and mobile orders.

The greater digitization by companies has been essentially motivated by the change in customer behavior, which has become increasingly digital and increasingly demanding, forcing companies to follow this trend in order to survive in the market.

For 2022, a growth trend in the digitization of companies is expected, as well as investment in Artificial Intelligence, IoT, robotics and interfaces, without forgetting the investment in communication and connectivity.
